Sand discharging pipeline floater is mainly used in pipeline offshore dredging, sand pumping dredger and oil gas transportation, etc. The high technological PE floater is is the best alternative to traditional steel buoys. The shell of Sand discharging pipeline floater, which is filled with high-strength polyurethane foams, has excellent toughness through the rotational molding process. The floater structure is compact and reasonable, thus the floater is corrosion resistant, impact resistant, and has the feature of being easy to install.
1. The floater is made of high-density synthetic material , therefore it's resistant to corrosion, extreme weather, low temperature, oxidization and ultraviolet light. Reinforced by mentioned material, the floater is also protected from being eroded by sea water, chemicals, drugs, oil and water,which explains its long life span and causing no pollution and damage to the environment.
2.
